● We do not accept speakers or noise that may disturb the neighborhood;
● We do not receive people who are not staying at the house;
● If you are a smoker, use the outside areas of the house (balconies and garden);
● Bath and face towels are for indoor use only, please do not
use in another environment. If you need a beach towel, ask our Staff;
● Do not throw paper and other objects into the toilet, use the wastebasket;
● Room cleaning will be done daily and change of all bed linen and
towels once a week. Cleaning hours are from 8 am to 11 am, and can be arranged with the staff;
● Breakfast will be served from 8:00 am to 10:30 am. We will have some buffet options and an employee to prepare the menu options; * Extra R$200/night for up to 6 guests *
● Our power is 220v, be aware;
● We are environmentally friendly, we produce our energy through solar panels, we heat shower water with the help of the sun and we treat our sewage with a biodigester. Let us be conscious with nature;
